Mold Remediation
Florida-licensed Mold Remediator (MRSR), IICRC AMRT preferred, IICRC S520 protocol experience, partnership with a licensed mold assessor for clearance testing.
Fire & Smoke Restoration
IICRC FSRT/OCT certified, soot/smoke chemistry experience, content pack-out capacity, in-house or partnered HVAC duct cleaning.
Storm & Reconstruction
Licensed FL contractor (CGC/CBC), in-house reconstruction crew, hurricane-event response capacity, comfortable with multi-week timelines.
